you agree that we may share information
with the venues, promoters, sponsors, e-commerce
providers, and other third parties associated
with the service. These parties may use
your information to contact you or may use
or disclose your information in other ways
to cooperate with proper payment verification
guidelines and government agencies. By using
our Online Payment System, you hereby agree
to follow our Website Terms of Use, which
may be viewed here.

Payment System
Our Online Payment System is provided by
a number of payment processors, resellers,
and/or E-Commerce providers, including but
not limited to Toneee.com. You hereby authorize
our payment processors and related parties
to debit the required funds to purchase
the specified service you request through
our website or otherwise. All orders are
subject to standard approval methods including
but not limited to credit card approval
and billing address verification. We reserve
the right to reject any payment for any
reason whatsoever. We are not responsible
for incidental banking errors or occurences
on behalf of our payment processors, your
banking institution, or any other third
party.
Third-Party
Processors and Resellers: Many
of our services and products may be paid
using a third party processor. While we
will try our every effort to ensure your
information is kept private, actual transactions
are processed through these processors.

Refunds and

You understand and agree to abide by any

Policies, Exchange Policies, and/or Refund
Policies set forth by Toneee.com, whether
written or otherwise.
Release &
Indemnity
YOU ARE AWARE that attending a Toneee.com
event always involves risks of personal
injury, property damage, and other risks.
YOU RELEASE Toneee.com and it's agents
and employees and organizers of a Toneee.com
event, from liability for any loss, damage,
and claims, including attorney fees, on
account of injury to me or my property arising
directly or indirectly from SAHFS.
YOU HEREBY HOLD HARMLESS Toneee.com and all affiliates and partners
from any and all claims, actions, or damage
relating to or arising out of any activity
related to attending a Toneee.com event. These releases are effective
for me, my personal representative, assigns,
and heirs.
YOU KNOW that if you become injured while
attending or participating in a Toneee.com event, you are responsible
for all health care expenses; therefore
you have made arrangements to handle such
expenses through insurance coverage, access
to cash, or other methods.
YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR any
and all claims and costs arising directly
or indirectly out of activities, acts, or
omissions while attending a Toneee.com event.
YOU UNDERSTAND that Toneee.com
has permission to use any product rendered
from any Toneee.com event
for publicity purposes without compensation.
YOU UNDERSTAND that you will not expect
wages or monetary compensation from Toneee.com
or any of their affiliates, sponsors, partners,
participants, attends, or employees for
attending a Toneee.com event.
