you (the customer) may need to request an exchange, return,
or refund. Please review the following for information on

personnel are referenced as “We” and “Us”,
regardless of typographical error or capitalization. Toneee.com
referenced in this document as “Toneee.com”,
"PortfolioDelivery", and “us” unless
otherwise specified.
Use of our services is offered to you on your acceptance

TERMS OF USE POLICIES. If you do not agree to be bound
by and comply with all of the foregoing, you may not access
or use our services.
Toneee.com shall have the right, at its sole discretion,
to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of this

or liability to you. Any changes to this TRANSFER/EXCHANGE/REFUND

Transfers & Exchanges
Transfers and exchanges are generally accepted
on products and services provided by us. We are unable to
transfer or exchange services already rendered. Transfers
and exchanges are subject to any service and/or administrative
fees assessed as described in your contract(s) with Toneee.com.
Such fees will be assessed and deducted prior to the transfer/exchange.
Transfers and exchanges will be provided if the service
has not been rendered. Exchanges are provided on products
if the product is defective or damaged during shipping from
Toneee.com to the recipient.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided on service and
administrative fees; however, non-functioning web solutions
such as completed yet inoperable websites may be subject
to a refund if we are unable to repair the problem. Please
review the below for specific information regarding refunds.
Service Deposits: To purchase a service
through Toneee.com, we normally require a deposit equal
to a portion of the entire cost of the service. This deposit
ensures proper scheduling, resource commitment, and administrative
fees. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstance.
Deposits are transferable, less any administrative fees,
late fees, or balances owed, if the new service request
is set no later than 30 days from the day of the original
service. Deposits are not transferable or refundable after
30 days from the date of the original service. Custom Web
Design (CWD) service deposits and payments, including but
not limited to PortfolioDelivery, are non-refundable and
non-transferable. Service Deposits may be forfeited and
retained by us if the customer fails to deliver content
required to render service within ninety (90) days or the
timeframe specified in the project TERMS OF AGREEMENT, whichever
is sooner.
Administrative Fees: Our secure online
payment system is in place to expedite your order while
lowering administrative overhead costs. Since an administrative
fee is normally assessed on services and payments processed
offline, such fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Services: Our services are primarily web
related, and requires that we are available and ready to
work in a timely fashion. Refunds are not available for
any service rendered. We are also not responsible for the
quality of any service in violation of our GENERAL
TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT or any other written agreement
between us (meaning you and Toneee.com). We will not provide
refunds for situations beyond our control such as an Act
of God or service requests that are outside of our contract/service
agreement. Examples of such include but are not limited
to: Design or development requiring extensive modifications
such as the addition of webpages or scripts, upgrades to
software not originally developed by Toneee.com, etc.; Custom
Web Design projects where the Client is unprepared to deliver
appropriate content (appropriate images files, fonts, logos,
etc.) or where support personnel (outside of Toneee.com)
is unavailable; and service requests that are unrealistic
or complimentary such as the design of a Macromedia Flash
website where the original agreement includes HTML only
(as determined by Toneee.com). These are only examples and
are not limited to such situations.
Products: A product is defined as a tangible
item that is available for purchase by the customer. Products
may be returned for a full refund, if the following criteria
is met. We will refund all shipping costs up to USD $20.00
using method of choice (selected by Toneee.com). Please
